Employee Vs Employer part II

Every employee do only that work which his Boss wants him to do or Which work is assigned by his Senior. the way of doing that work must be according the way his senior has told him to do . If the employee do the work in different way which may be better than the way of his senior , then he has to face the hards words of his boss that are you superiror than me or are you my Boss .
By this behaviour two things happen .
1. Employees new ideas , new creativity and way of doing work in better way way stops.
2. Distance between them increases
3. It also affects the company growth

Also the companys Top management dont discuss the companies polices , planning with their Junior Management . So the Junior Employees are not aware with new companies polices and due to this they are not much interested in that work. If the Junior employees are also participated in the meetings then each member of the meetings give thier ideas about the new polices for growth of the company and by this he takes complete interest in the work as decided in the meeting.
Also each employees must be given full freedom to do the work not matters how or the way he completes the work , but he must be sure that work has to be done according to the requirement of the Seniors without any fluctuations.
