How the Company Head Should be

Many of the companies cannot able to perform well due to inefficient leader. So while selecting the company leader Board of the company should be very careful wheather he should be able to lead the company in right direction or not .
Company leader should be like the Mind of the body. As in our boby we had different parts like  eyes, mouth, hand, legs , fingers etc who works on the direction of our mind . Every part of our body is ready to quickly follow the command given by our mind for any work. Above all our body is considered as one recoginsed by our name and it costitute of different parts. If any part is damaged other part quickly does the work of damaged part.
In the same way in company , leader is our mind who gives direction and staff is our parts of body. So work of leader is to make staff works as our body parts works for our body. If any leader ables to make staff as body parts then he is the best leader .

LIFE

Now a days each of us are too much worried about thier Life. Each of us has too many tensions related to daily life. Every one is busy in solving their problems. Is we really living our life happily or we are ruuning towards some invisible thing or dreams.
God has send each of us to this earth for some specific work , but while coming to this earth we are so much involved with this daily life that we had forgotted our real work for which we had come to this earth.
So just get deattched from this pleasing life and just think that why God has send you to this earth. We are very lucky that God has send us to this earth through human body not by any species or animal body. It means that we had some specefic purpose for coming to this earth.
But the big problem as many of us says that how could we know whats our purpose. Answer is Just start MEDITATION daily for 30 minutes you will get chance to know urself and slowly you will find the purpose of our life. Once we will find the purpose of our life , we will lead very happily life .

Employee Vs Employer part II

Every employee do only that work which his Boss wants him to do or Which work is assigned by his Senior. the way of doing that work must be according the way his senior has told him to do . If the employee do the work in different way which may be better than the way of his senior , then he has to face the hards words of his boss that are you superiror than me or are you my Boss .
By this behaviour two things happen .
1. Employees new ideas , new creativity and way of doing work in better way way stops.
2. Distance between them increases
3. It also affects the company growth

Also the companys Top management dont discuss the companies polices , planning with their Junior Management . So the Junior Employees are not aware with new companies polices and due to this they are not much interested in that work. If the Junior employees are also participated in the meetings then each member of the meetings give thier ideas about the new polices for growth of the company and by this he takes complete interest in the work as decided in the meeting.
Also each employees must be given full freedom to do the work not matters how or the way he completes the work , but he must be sure that work has to be done according to the requirement of the Seniors without any fluctuations.

Employee Vs Employers

Now  a days there are many companies whether Government or Priavte , there is silent war between Employers and Employees. It is not in all cases but  it happens in 60% cases where there is a long gap between them. Noramlly employees do that work only what their Employers or Top management says. Due to this work culture , companies cannot able to take the full output from their employees. We should change the feeling that BOSS IS ALWAYS RIGHT.
Why there is so much cold war between them. Can't they behave like the member of the same family working for the same goal.

god comes in form of good person

As you know God are always there in front of us but we cannot able to identify him.
I want to share my experince which tells how god comes to us in form of good persons and saves our life.
At time I was in Mumbai(India) in search of Job. After struggling for one month in Mumbai , a city which is unknown for me and for the first time I was in Mumbai , I was very depressed since I canot able to find out the suitable Job.This is the very stuggling time for me in my life. I was also very far from my family and financilly I was also very weak at that moment since in Mumbai it is very difficult to survive if you donot have enough money.
One morning as usual i am preparing to attend the interview for Job. For reaching the destination I have to travel by Local train , which is very comfortable and cheap means of journey in munbai. As I was going to station for catching Train , I was crossing the open railway tracks instead of going by over bridge , since I was late for interview. There are near about 6 to 8 railway tracks which I had to cross and in these railway tracks trains runs very frequent at very high speed.
As I was crossing the railway tracks , my mind was totally in the interview , what will happen in interview , will I get the job or not. By thinking this I was crossing the track suddenly a train at very high speed comes very near to me and train is also blowing the horn , but I cannot able to listen it since my mind was in the interview. When the train comes very near to me , a passenger standing in the door of the train shouted at me "DO YOU WANT TO DIE ,GO AWAY FROM THE TRACK ".Listened to his voice I was skocked seeing the train very near to me.suddenly I move away from the Track. After that seeing the speed of train , I realized what a blunder mistake I had done. I thought its the God which comes in from of the passenger who shouted at me , saves my life.
